What is the minimum order quantity?
White Label starts at 500 units, Customisation at 1,000 units, and New Product Development at 2,000 units. Volume pricing improves significantly at 5,000 and 10,000+ unit tiers.
Do I need to buy a sample kit before placing a production order?
We strongly recommend it β and for Customisation and NPD models it is a required step in the process. You can't give meaningful feedback on a formula you haven't tasted. Sample kits are paid and dispatched in 5β7 working days. The sample kit cost is credited toward your first production order above βΉ50,000.
How does pricing work β is it transparent?
We don't publish price lists because the price depends on your product category, MOQ, pack format and packaging specification. We do provide a full itemised quote within 24 hours of receiving a brief β no surprises. Talk to us and we'll give you a quote before you commit to anything.
Can I export the product internationally?
Yes. Export-ready labelling for UK, UAE and USA markets is available as an add-on across all three models. We handle the label regulatory compliance for the target market. Contact us before ordering for international sample rates.
Who owns the formula and IP?
For White Label: the base formula is ours and shared across clients, though your brand design is entirely yours. For Customisation and NPD: your customised or new formula is documented, protected under NDA and held exclusively for you. We do not replicate or share proprietary formulas with any other client.
How long does production take after I place a PO?
White Label: 3β5 weeks from PO to dispatch (includes brand design and label approval). Customisation: 6β8 weeks from brief to dispatch. NPD: 12β16 weeks from brief to dispatch. These are standard timelines; we'll confirm your specific slot when we issue your quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
For White Label: 50% advance on PO, balance on dispatch. For Customisation: 50% development fee upfront, 50% of manufacturing cost on PO. For NPD: 50% project fee upfront, balance on production PO. We accept NEFT, RTGS and UPI. International payments via wire transfer.
Do you provide FSSAI registration support?
We handle FSSAI label compliance β ensuring your label meets FSS Labelling Regulations 2020 β and provide a FSSAI-compliant print-ready artwork file. FSSAI product registration/licence for your brand is a separate process you handle for your business; we can guide you on the process but cannot apply on your behalf.
